Delivery for postcodes (NE5,NE13,NE20):

We are located in Newcastle and offer free local delivery and collection for postcodes (NE5, NE13,NE20) , please select "Free Local Delivery" at checkout  and a member from our team will personally drop off your garment on your chosen delivery date and pick it up from you at the end of your hire. Please leave you contact details at checkout so we can arrange a suitable time for drop offs & pick ups.

 

 

Delivery for postcodes (NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE6, NE7, NE8, NE9, NE10, NE11, NE12, NE15, NE16, NE21, NE23):

For other Newcastle postcodes we offer a reduced delivery fee of £4.00 this include postcodes (NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE6, NE7, NE8, NE9, NE10, NE11, NE12, NE15, NE16, NE21, NE23)

Please select "Local Delivery" at checkout and a member from our team will personally drop off your garment on your chosen delivery date and pick it up from you at the end of your hire. Please leave you contact details at checkout so we can arrange a suitable time for drop offs & pick ups.

 

For all other postcodes not listed above:

 We charge a flat fee of £6.00 per order for delivery; this includes delivery, returns and cleaning fees. 

Your garment will be posted by Royal Mail postage and delivered to you by 5pm on your chosen delivery date. You can chose any working day for delivery, and we recommend that you select a date at least 1-2 days prior to your event. We cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. 

Because Royal Mail are a third party, we cannot be held responsible for any delays after lodging the parcel or if the customer lists an incorrect postal address. It is the responsibility of you to ensure postage time frames are checked on the Royal Mail website prior to hiring a garment.
At present, we offer delivery to the UK only and do not offer international shipping.

We use Eco- friendly, biodegradable mailing bags from WasteBasedco this mailer features two peel and seal adhesive strips (one for us to use when posting to you and one for you to use when returning). This creates zero waste returns so please remember to keep you mailing bag for returning.

Included in your delivery package will be a pre-paid Royal Mail returns mailing form.

Please use this to return your garments unwashed and undamaged to us at the end of your rental date by dropping off at your local Post Office no later than 12pm on your return date. If your return date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please post your return back to us no later than Midday on the next working day. 

 

Scenario 1: you make a 4-day rental booking and select your delivery date to be Friday. Friday counts as the first day of your booking, Saturday as the second, Sunday as the third, and Monday as the fourth. In this scenario, you are required to drop your pre-paid mailing bag into your local Post Office no later than midday on the Monday.

 

Scenario 2:  you make a 4-day rental booking and select your delivery date to be Thursday, 2 days before your event. Thursday counts as the first day of your booking, Friday as the second, Saturday as the third, and Sunday as the fourth. Since majority of post offices are closed on Sundays means in this scenario, you are required to drop your pre-paid mailing bag into your local Post Office no later than midday on the Monday.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse you for postage costs if you misplace your pre-paid returns form or mailing back. 

 

 

Condition of garment:


All our items are either brand new with tags still attached or in near-new condition. If your garment arrives with the tags still attached this just means you are the first customer to hire this garment and are welcome to remove any tags (not labels). 

We ensure that all garments have went through strict quality control checks and arrive in condition that our customers are fully satisfied with.
If your outfit is delivered and you are not happy with its condition, please reach out to us immediately and we will do all that we can.  

 

 

Damages, lost and cleaning:


Standard dry-cleaning costs are inclusive of the hire, all garments must be returned unwashed.

Garments returned with excessive staining/soiling/markings/odour including, but not limited to; Red wine, fake tan, grass, dirt, makeup, food or drink then the customer will incur an additional cleaning fee of £10. We understand that accidents happen, if you accidentally damage or stained the garment, please contact us so we can prepare for any repairs and/or laundering.

Please do not attempt to repair or clean any damaged or stained outfits, this will all be taken care of by our preferred team. The customer is responsible to pay any costs associated with repairs. Heavily stained garments will incur an additional dry-cleaning fee of £10. 

It is at our discretion whether a item is re-rentable. Any damaged garments that are deemed un-rentable will incur a fee of the full RRP of the garment + any loss of income due future bookings that will be cancelled.

If the garment is still in a rentable condition but the damage/mark will hinder future rentability and/or longevity, the customer is liable to pay a portion of the retail price.

If the garment has been lost you will be charged 200% of the retail price of the item.

 

 

Late fee's:


We offer a 4-day rental period to ensure that you have sufficient time to wear and return your item within the agreed time lines. 

If you do happen to miss your return date and send your garment back late, then a late  fee of 50% of the rental value will be charged for every day the outfit is late up to 14 days.
If the item is not returned by 14 days, we will assume it has been lost/stolen and you will be charged 200% of the retail price of the item.

 

 

Cancellations:

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Customers who need to cancel their Hire are entitled to store credit or can exchange the garment provided 72 hours notice prior to the first day of their 4 day rental period.

Arrival:

If your item arrives and you feel it is unsuitable, please contact us immediately either via email, Facebook or Instagram and we will either look to send you out a new size or style (if timing permits), or we will offer you a full rental credit.
If you decide to return your outfit to us, to be eligible for a hire credit you must send your item back to us within 24 hours of receiving it with all tags still on the garment. 
If an item is not returned in the above time frame, or with the tags removed, we will assume the item has been 'worn' and you will not be eligible to receive a hire credit.

 

 

Requesting a dress:

We are still a fairly small business and are slowly trying to grow our collection. If there is a garment, size or designer/brand that you would like us to stock please let us know and contact us either via email or on our socials.
